Daniel Won has a diverse work experience in the field of tech recruiting and talent acquisition. Daniel currently holds the position of Head of Tech Recruiting at Webflow since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Interim Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Webflow from May 2021 to March 2022. Daniel previously worked at Opendoor as a Tech Recruiting Manager from March 2019 to July 2020. Before that, they held various roles at Airbnb, including Technical Recruiting & Sourcing Manager from December 2016 to March 2019, Design Recruiter from January 2014 to December 2016, and Technical Recruiter from August 2013 to December 2016. Prior to Airbnb, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Google from July 2012 to August 2013, and as a Tech Recruiter at Modis from May 2011 to July 2012. Additionally, they have experience as a Talent Consultant & Advisor at a stealth startup from July 2020 to March 2021.

Daniel Won attended the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management/Finance.
