Sehrish Nazir has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Sehrish began their career as an Internee at Bahria University in 2007. Sehrish then moved to National Bank of Pakistan in 2009, where they worked as an Internee. In 2012, they worked as a Freelance Writer at Steller International Research, as well as a Data Analyst and Accreditation Coordinator at GIFT University Gujranwala, Pakistan. In 2014, they worked as a Deputy Manager Human Resources at ACE Money Transfer. Sehrish then joined Verge Systems as a Customer Success Manager in 2020, and is currently working in the same role at WebHR. In their current role, their responsibilities include managing their team, training their team, software implementation, software training of clients, customer support, and client dealing. Sehrish also exercises problem solving, analysis and decision making, and team counseling.

Sehrish Nazir completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and General from Bahria University in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and General from the same university. Sehrish also completed their Intermediate in Pre-Engineering from PECHS Girls College, Karachi and their Matric in Computer Science from Pakistan Navy Secondary School, Karsaz, Karachi.
