Adam Haas

Adam Haas has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Adam is currently the Director of Product Design at Weedmaps since July 2023. Prior to their current role, they were a UX Academy and Career Services Mentor at Designlab starting from February 2022. From August 2022 to August 2023, they worked as the Director of Product Design at Emotive. Before that, they held positions including Product Design Manager and Lead Product Designer at Emotive. Adam has also worked as a Senior Product Designer at Auction.com from February 2019 to July 2020, and as a Lead UX Designer at Ytel from March 2018 to February 2019. Adam has held positions such as Director of UX Design at SmileMate, Lead UX Designer at Wells Fargo, and Senior UX/UI Designer at TRAFFIK Global Advertising Agency. Adam also has experience as a Senior Interactive Art Director at StudioPMG and as a Senior Visual Designer at MetLife. Adam's career in design began as a Print Production Designer at MetLife in December 2004, and they later worked as a Graphic Designer at the same company before moving on to other roles.

Adam Haas attended Santiago Canyon College from 1999 to 2000, where they studied Art/Art Studies, General. Adam then enrolled in Platt College from 2000 to 2002, earning an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Graphic Design. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Design Sprint Masterclass Certificate from AJ&Smart in March 2020, an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM in March 2020, and a Product Manager certification from Udemy in June 2017.
