Michel Dorval

Michel Dorval is an experienced professional specializing in product innovation and process development in the food industry. Currently serving as the Product Innovation & Process Development Manager at Wegmans Food Markets since April 2011, Michel champions innovation in baking to create healthier products that align with the company’s mission. Prior to this role, Michel held the position of Technical Support Manager at AB Mauri Fleischmann's, providing technical support and product development across the Northeast region of Canada and the USA from February 2006 to April 2011. Earlier in the career, Michel served as Technical Sales Manager and Director of Sales at Puratos from 2000 to 2006. Michel holds a Certified Professional Baker degree from I.T.H.Q. (1984-1986) and a pre-university diploma in administration science from Cegep Valleyfield (1982-1984).
