Amin Ebrahimi, P.Eng. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2011, Amin worked as a Manufacturing Intern at Takta. In 2014, they became a Teacher Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Victoria, focusing on micro-sensors for measuring wall shear stress in turbulent flows in wind turbines. Amin also worked as a Visitor Researcher at the University of Oldenburg in 2015 as part of a wind energy research program.

In 2016, Amin joined Mercedes-Benz Canada as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern, where they were responsible for quality control of the Liquid Injection Molding process for sealing PEM fuel cells. From 2018 to 2022, Amin worked as a Test Engineer at Zinc8 Energy Solutions, where they contributed to the design, development, testing, and troubleshooting of the Power Generation Sub-System, including fuel cell stacks and slurry delivery.

Currently, Amin works at FTXT Energy Technology Co., Ltd. as a Fuel Cell Stack & Systems Engineer, specializing in fuel cell stack components and systems. Amin has expertise in developing and optimizing unit cell seals, material characterization, and finite element analysis. Amin is experienced in designing and building fixtures for troubleshooting plate leaks and commissioning production equipment.

Amin Ebrahimi, P.Eng., obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tehran between the years 2009 and 2014. Subsequently, they pursued higher education and completed their Master of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria from 2014 to 2017.

In terms of additional certifications, Amin Ebrahimi has obtained several. In September 2021, they completed the "Inventor Introduction" certification from SolidCAD. Amin also completed the "Excel Fundamentals for Data Analysis" certification from Coursera in February 2021. Amin Ebrahimi became a Professional Engineer with Engineers and Geoscientists BC in July 2020. Furthermore, they obtained the "Teaching Assistant Fundamentals Certificate" from the University of Victoria in February 2015 and the "Laser Safety for Lab Workers" certification from the same institution in September 2014.
