Iryna Ilyk, MSE, PMP, E-I-T

Iryna Ilyk has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Starting from 2007, they worked at Discovery Drilling Equipment as an Engineering Manager and Structural Design-Engineer, where they oversaw structural and mechanical design projects, ensured collaboration across departments, and built efficient vendor relationships. Iryna also provided manufacturing support and maintained up-to-date bill of materials. In 2011, they joined Electro-Mechanical Industries as a Project Engineer, and from 2013 to 2018, they worked at National Oilwell Varco as an Engineering Manager. In these roles, they managed engineering projects and implemented quality processes. In 2017, Iryna founded a non-profit organization, where they served as the Founder until 2021. Currently, they work at Well Master Corporation as an Engineering Manager, where they oversee engineering, project management, and quality functions, develops engineering processes, analyzes performance data, and coaches new hires. Iryna also works as a project manager and handles multiple projects simultaneously.

Iryna Ilyk has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Ukrainian Academy of Printing, which they obtained from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, completing it from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Iryna has obtained several certifications that showcase their expertise in various fields. Iryna received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2020. Iryna also holds a SolidWorks Simulation Certificate of achievement from Computer Aided Technology (CATI), obtained in June 2022.

Furthermore, Iryna has pursued continuous professional development through various online courses and training programs. Iryna has completed several certifications on LinkedIn, including Statistics Foundations: 2, Become a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Complex Negotiation Tips, Driving Measurable, Sustainable Change, Lean Six Sigma: Analyze, Improve, and Control Tools, Lean Six Sigma: Define and Measure Tools, Operational Excellence Foundations, Operational Excellence Work-Out and Kaizen Facilitator, Project Management Foundations, Six Sigma Foundations, and Statistics Foundations: The Basics. These certifications were obtained in 2021, with most of them acquired in March of that year.

Moreover, Iryna has participated in additional online courses, such as Microsoft Project 2019 and Project Online Desktop Essential Training from LinkedIn, and Solar Energy Basics, Introduction to Sustainability, and Wind Energy from Coursera. These courses were completed between 2020 and 2021.

In August 2020, Iryna attended the 2020 New Leaders Council Institute organized by the New Leaders Council, further demonstrating their commitment to personal and professional growth.
