Morag Foreman

Morag Foreman currently serves as the Head of Discovery Researchers and Senior Partner at Wellcome Trust, a position held since 2008, where responsibility includes shaping and implementing Wellcome Innovations strategy and leading a cross-functional team to enhance academic translation initiatives. Prior to this role, Morag Foreman worked as a Senior Business Analyst, managing over £25M in international healthcare investments and identifying early-stage investment opportunities. From 2005 to 2008, Morag Foreman was the Business Manager at Cancer Research Technology, focusing on the commercialization of intellectual property from various research institutions. Morag Foreman began the career as a Chemist at IC-Vec Ltd from 2004 to 2005. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Chemistry and Biological Chemistry from Imperial College London and an MChem (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Leicester.
