Megan McKinnon

Megan McKinnon has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Megan started their career as an Opening Manager, Beverage Manager, and Sommelier at Giulia Restaurant in 2012. Megan then joined Row 34 as part of the opening team, providing food, beer, and fun. Megan also worked as the General Manager at Doretta Taverna, where they were responsible for project management, HR systems, hiring, and training. Megan later became the General Manager at Benedetto. Megan's most recent role was with Big Heart Hospitality, where they served as the Director of Operations for four highly acclaimed restaurants. Megan also worked as a Manager and Sommelier at Straight Wharf Restaurant. Megan's most recent position was as the Brand President for The Strega Group at PPX Hospitality Brands. Megan is currently serving as the Director of Restaurant Operations at Wellesley Country Club. Throughout their career, Megan has mentored management teams, advised ownership on future business projects, managed budgets and safety protocols, and led company-wide meetings.
