Mellissa Heath

Mellissa Heath, MBA, MSN, RN has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Mellissa currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Wellington Regional Medical Center since January 2022. Prior to this, they had a successful tenure at UHS, where they held various leadership roles, including Assistant CNO, Interim CNO, and Director of Medical Telemetry & Stepdown from 2012 to 2022. Before joining UHS, Mellissa worked at Delray Medical Center for thirteen years as the Director of Neuro Tele, NSICU, Neuro Stepdown, and Stroke Program. Mellissa'swork experience showcases their strong leadership skills and expertise in healthcare management and nursing.

Mellissa Heath completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Florida Atlantic University in the years 2015-2017. Mellissa also holds a Master's Degree in Nursing Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor's Degree from South University.
