Ada Cruz-Torres

Ada Cruz-Torres is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, learning, and evaluation across various non-profit and educational settings. Currently serving as an Organizational Learning Associate at Wellspring Philanthropic Fund, Ada has previously held positions as an Organizational Development Consultant at Root Cause and a consultant for the New Entry Sustainable Farming Project, focusing on systems analysis and stakeholder collaboration in the food system. Additional roles include mentoring students as an Educator with Belmont After School Enrichment Collaborative, leading operations and partnerships at Educate2Envision International, and supporting youth development initiatives during a Peace Corps assignment. Ada holds an MBA in Social Impact from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a BA in International/Global Studies and English from the University of Florida.
