Will Butler

Will Butler has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Will is currently the Director of Engineering, Data Platforms at Wellspring Worldwide, where they lead the engineering team and focuses on building and enhancing the platform. Prior to that, they founded their own company, 287 Development, LLC, in 2007.

Will also has experience at Covalent Data, where they held multiple roles including CTO, VP Engineering, and Senior Software Engineer. Will worked on various tasks such as building Hadoop clusters, managing data processing jobs, and creating web crawlers.

Earlier in their career, Will worked at Rally Software as a Development Manager and Software Engineer. Will played a key role in designing and implementing a shared UI platform and was involved in scaling the engineering organization.

Will also founded VoSnap.com, where they led the development team and built a Java web application. Moreover, they worked at Rational Software as a Software Engineer and Software Quality Engineer, where they developed automated functional test suites and helped reduce regression testing time.

Will Butler attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, they attended the Colorado School of Mines, focusing on Physics and Computer Science.
