Pam Byrne

Pam Byrne is Head of Human Capital at Welltower Inc. Her areas of responsibilities include leading the Human Capital Department – talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, human capital operations, total rewards and human capital strategic initiatives – positioning Welltower to attract and retain top talent. Ms. Byrne reports directly to the CEO.

Prior to joining Welltower in 2013, Ms. Byrne served as Vice President, Human Resources/Administration at Corner Dental where she served in the dual capacity of Compliance/Safety Officer and Head of Human Resources. Prior to Corner Dental, she worked for Sterling Healthcare, an Emergency Medicine physician services practice, as a Regional Director focused on operational financial performance.

Ms. Byrne holds and MBA from the University of Notre Dame and graduated from John Carroll University with a degree in Marketing. She currently serves on NAREIT’s Dividends Through Diversity Inclusion Initiative, is involved in Welltower’s CORE Women’s Initiative, and is an external speaker on HR topics.
