Shelly Thobe

Shelly Thobe has been with Wendy's since November 2001, currently serving as the Director of Culinary Innovation, where leadership encompasses various development teams focused on cost savings and commercialization. Thobe has advanced through several roles, including Intern, Specialist, Sr. Specialist, Manager, and Sr. Manager of Culinary Innovation. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition and Food Service Management as well as multiple Master's degrees in Human Nutrition, all from The Ohio State University.
