Patrick Morton

Patrick Morton is currently the Director of Operations at WeShape where he manages a multidisciplinary team. He also holds the position of Operations Advisor at Uptime Labs and Loop Not Luck, where he builds processes to ensure effective scaling of the businesses. Additionally, he is a Co-Organiser at London Tech Leaders, focusing on connecting executives and transformation leaders. Before his current roles, Patrick worked as a Development Consultant at La Fosse Associates and as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Poq. He also served as a Platoon Commander in the Wales University Officer Training Corps and was heavily involved as a student at Aberystwyth University, studying International Politics and Intelligence Studies.
