Jinanne West

Jinanne West is the current President at Wesley Financial Group. Jinanne has over fifteen years of experience in the finance industry.

West began their career in 2003 as Senior Director of Financial Analysis for Corrections Corporation of America. In this role, they served as the financial subject matter expert for the business development department. Jinanne was responsible for presentations and clear communication to the Executive Committee and other CCA groups. In 2008, they were promoted to Managing Director of Real Estate Finance. In this role, they were responsible for fiscal responsibility including construction costs, full life cycle property costs, utility expenditures and energy savings initiatives.

In 2012, West left Corrections Corporation of America to join Wesley Financial Group as President. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations.

Jinanne West has a Master's Degree in Accounting from Belmont University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Business from Rhodes College.

Jinanne West reports to Chuck McDowell, CEO. They work with Angel Hoyt - Resolution Director, Mudders, Christina Granados - Client Services Director, and Shelby Goodman - Post Sales Data Manager. Marty Lile - VP, Sales, Patrick Howell - SVP, Sales, and Austin Nelson - Director, Sales report to Jinanne West.
