Madeline Carr has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2019. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Content Writer at USA Web Solutions, a Legislative Intern at the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, and a PR and Communications Intern at the Massachusetts League of Environmental Voters. From 2010 to 2019, they worked at the Appalachian Mountain Club, beginning as a Membership Assistant, then as a New Initiatives Membership Manager, and finally as a Membership Manager. In 2019, they joined WeSpire, where they have held the roles of Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Director of Customer Success. In their roles at WeSpire, they serve as a day-to-day contact for customers and tracks employee engagement across the customer-base.
