Susan Hunt Stevens has extensive experience in the business world. Starting in 1992, they began their career as a Research Associate at APM. Susan Hunt then worked as a Consultant/Associate Level at Mercer in 1994, and an Operations Team Leader at Aon (formerly Alexander & Alexander) in 1995. In 1998, they moved to The New York Times as the Group Director of Marketing, Digital. In 1999, they became the President/CEO of Abridge. From 2002 to 2010, they held various positions at Boston Globe Media, including SVP, Digital, SVP, Circulation & Marketing, VP, Consumer Marketing, and VP, Circulation Marketing. Since 2010, they have served as a Board Member at Xconomy, and since 2003, they have served as a Board Member at the Center for Women & Enterprise. In 2009, they founded and became the CEO of WeSpire, an employee engagement platform.

Susan Hunt Stevens obtained their MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 1998. In 1997, they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA from IESE Business School with a focus on Business and Spanish. Susan Hunt also obtained their Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Design from the Boston Architectural College in 2010. Finally, they earned their BA in Public Policy/Political Economy from Wesleyan University in 1992.
