Roee Ben Israel

Roee Ben Israel has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Roee currently serves as the Site Director and Director of Operations at West Pharmaceutical Services since August 2020. Prior to this, they were the Director of Operations, Endosurgery at Q Medical Devices, a Q Company from May 2019 to August 2020.

Before their role at Q Medical Devices, Roee held various positions at Johnson & Johnson. Roee worked as a Business Unit Manager from March 2018 to April 2020, where they led site operations and fulfilled business commitments, prepared budgets and strategic plans, and managed cross-functional teams. Roee also served as the Senior Supply Chain and Planning Manager at Omrix Biopharmaceuticals from December 2016 to March 2018, where they were responsible for global planning, S&OP processes, and partnerships with suppliers and internal franchise partners. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Supply Chain Manager from February 2012 to December 2016, where they managed procurement and logistics activities.

Earlier in their career, Roee gained experience as an Operation Manager at CTS Ltd from February 2011 to March 2012 and as a Production Engineer at Dexcel Pharma from January 2006 to February 2011.

Roee Ben Israel has a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Bar-Ilan University, which was obtained from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a BA in Industry Management from Ruppin Academic Center between 2007 and 2009. Roee also holds a Practical Engineer degree in Industrial Management from Ruppin Academic Center, which was earned from 2005 to 2007.
