Heidi Bellm

Heidi Bellm has had a diverse work history in various roles related to communications, marketing, and customer experience. Heidi is currently the Director of Communications at West40 ISC #2, where they focus on creating impactful stories to bring communities together. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Client and Account Services at Umbrellas On The Beach, Inc. In addition, they held the position of VP of Client Solutions at ES99, where they prioritized building strong relationships with clients. Heidi also gained experience at United Airlines, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Manager of Communications and Customer Service Delivery/Global Operations, Planning, and Strategy. During their tenure, they successfully implemented change initiatives to improve the customer experience. Before United Airlines, Heidi worked in roles focused on digital marketing, relationship management, and interactive strategies at companies like The Allant Group and G2KC. Heidi Bellm received their high school education at Saint Jude Catholic School from 1974 to 1986, specializing in a general field of study. Following their high school graduation, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing their studies from 1988 to 1991.
