Sompong Lertrit

Sompong Lertrit currently serves as the HR Operations Lead at Cargill in Thailand since April 2018 and has held the position of Sr. HR Manager at Western Digital since November 2015. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Managing Director at Convergence System from April 2014 to October 2015 and Human Resource Manager at Bangkok Hospital Trat from October 1998 to March 2014. Sompong holds a Master of Art in Labor Economics and Human Resource Management from Chulalongkorn University, obtained between 2011 and 2012, as well as a degree in Medical Technology from Chiang Mai University, earned from 1993 to 1997.
