Jorge Abud

Jorge Abud has over 14 years of work experience in the pet industry. Jorge started their career at Mars in 2007, where they held various roles including District Manager, Regional Manager, Sales Director, and International Business Development Director. During their time at Mars, they achieved double-digit growth, developed high-performance teams, and led successful product launches. In 2019, they joined H. von Gimborn GmbH as the Vice President of Business Development - North America. In 2020, they moved to Advantage Group International as the Vice President - US Client Service, where they helped world-class companies lift their performance. Currently, they are working as the Chief Commercial Officer at Westminster Pet Products.

Jorge Abud has a diverse education history. Jorge obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Hotel Operations from Universidad Tecnologica Antonio Jose de Sucre in 1993. Jorge also holds a Business Degree with a major in Business Administration from Universidad Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho, which they earned from 1996 to 1999. Jorge pursued further education in French Studies at Charlotte Language Academy from 2011 to 2013 and at Cavilam University Vichy, France in 2013. Additionally, they have a certification in Emotional Intelligence, obtained from LinkedIn in 2020. In 2019, Jorge briefly studied German Language and Literature at the University of Tennessee.
