Austin Weisgrau

Austin Weisgrau is an experienced data engineer and software developer with a strong background in progressive organizing and community engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Working Families Party since January 2023, Austin previously held positions at BlueLabs and Movement Labs, where responsibilities included modernizing legacy code, implementing data validation processes, and managing large-scale data operations. Austin has also contributed to youth empowerment through roles such as Program Coordinator at Jewish Youth for Community Action and Organizer at SEIU Local 1021. With a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Reed College and a commitment to social justice, Austin combines technical expertise with a passion for community development.
