Per Ivar Vik

Per Ivar Vik has over twelve years of experience as a CFO in growth companies, with both companies being sold to industry players within five years. Per Ivar also has twelve years of experience in the bank and finance industry, specializing in Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, and M&A ECM. From 1998 to 2008, they worked at Nordea Markets, starting as an Associate and eventually becoming the Head of Corporate Finance Norway. Per Ivar was responsible for various types of capital market transactions and M&A transactions. From 2008 to 2015, they served as CFO at Inocean, where they were part of the management group and responsible for group accounting and financing. From 2015 to 2020, they were the CFO at Halfwave AS, where they had overall responsibility for the financial management of the company and actively contributed to developing systems, strategies, plans, and the company's culture. Additionally, they served as the Secretary to the board of directors and prepared board meetings. Prior to their CFO roles, they worked as an Analyst at Kreditkassen from 1995 to 1998. Per Ivar has also been a Board Member at Nogva Motorfabrikk AS since 2006.

Per Ivar Vik attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a MSc in Economics and Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Financial Management.
