Iwona Włodarczyk

Iwona Włodarczyk has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Currently, they are working as the Head of Product at Whereby since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Leadership Coach at Seth Godin's altMBA from August 2019 to March 2021, where they challenged students to develop a deeper understanding of business development and marketing. Iwona also served as an Interim Manager at CandidFuture from April 2020 to December 2020, where they developed a scalable business model and brand strategy. In their earlier career, they worked at Atlassian from January 2014 to February 2020, taking on roles such as Principal Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager. During this time, they expanded the platform's APIs, attracted large enterprises to Atlassian Cloud, and enhanced Jira's performance and scalability. Prior to that, at Young Digital Planet, they held positions such as Product Manager, Software Project Manager, and Customer Relationship Manager, where they autonomously delivered e-learning platforms and managed customer relationships.

Iwona Włodarczyk's education history includes a Master of Science in Engineering degree in Electronics from Gdańsk University of Technology, which they completed from 2001 to 2006. Iwona then pursued a Postgraduate degree in Software Engineering from the same university, which they completed from 2013 to 2014. In 2019, Iwona participated in the altMBA program, studying Alternative Master of Business Administration. Iwona also attended a marketing seminar called "The Marketing Seminar" at Akimbo in 2020.
