In Summary:
We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer with a speciality in Design Systems to create and drive the design system implementation within White Hat Gaming’s digital products. This individual will play an integral part in defining and evolving our user interface components, and UX guidance while setting the standards for our design and development teams.

Your day to day:

• Build and scale the foundational Design system and develop the processes to ensure they align with the business product vision and project
  requirements.

• Figma expert and a solid understanding of Design tokens, variants, variables, and prototyping.

• Collaborate with engineers to build upon our scalable, code-based design system within Storybook.

• Proven record of collaboration with Product Managers and Owners to deliver business product vision.

• Produce clear, actionable guidelines that help designers and developers understand the design system.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions to familiarise team members with the design system’s components, processes and best practices.

• Work with designers, engineers and product owners to create reusable components and patterns across multiple platforms.

• Contribute to fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and creative team culture.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to effectively explain technical concepts clearly and concisely and to communicate the rationale behind your research and recommendations.

• Understanding WCAG guidelines ensures the design system is inclusive and legally compliant.

• Previous involvement with a complex, enterprise-scale design system.

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the design system’s best practices.

• A solid understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD).

• Experience working on products with substantial scope.

• To be at the forefront of Design System thinking and introduce new methods, tools and technical developments to the team.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and frameworks like Angular, and React to manage and scale design systems effectively.
