Ramon Ayala

Ramon Ayala has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as a Chef Manager at Compass Group USA since August 2018 and as an Executive Chef at Wild Florida since May 2014. Previously, Ramon held positions as a Line Cook at Landry's Restaurants t-rex from May 2013 to June 2014 and as a Restaurant Manager at Doubletree Hotels and Resorts from June 2002 to August 2007. Ramon earned a Culinary Diploma from Le Cordon Bleu in 2013 and attended Daytona State College from 2009 to 2010.
