Dan Fein currently serves as the Executive Chef at Wilderness Country Club since August 2023. Previously, Dan held the position of Sous Chef at Cameron Mitchell Restaurants from December 2021 to August 2023 and at Cherokee Town and Country Club from October 2018 to November 2022. Dan also worked as the Executive Chef at City Club of Buckhead and as the Executive Sous Chef at Hope Valley County Club earlier in their career. Additional experience includes roles as an A la Carte Sous Chef at Ansley Golf Club and Lead Line Cook at Cherokee Town and Country Club. Dan started as Chef de Cuisine with Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd., and owned Finer Things Catering Company, providing personal chef services. Dan's early career included managing dining room operations at Columbus Fish Market. Dan Fein graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management.
