Nathalia Karmaluk is an experienced external development manager at Wildlife Studios, overseeing a team of managers and enhancing the art outsourcing processes across multiple global studios. Since February 2019, Nathalia has played a crucial role in the development department by structuring services such as Quality Assurance, Playtest, Localization, and Community Management, while also managing contracts and representing the company at key industry conferences.
