Billie Loewen's work experience includes roles in various companies and organizations. From 2019 onwards, they have been a Partner and VP of Marketing Services at WillowTree, where they focus on driving innovation and delivering results through data-driven strategies. Prior to this, Billie worked as a Creative Director at Holt International Children's Services from 2013 to 2019. In this role, they led a team in planning and producing marketing collateral and integrated fundraising campaigns. Before that, they served as the Managing Editor at the Montana Journalism Review, overseeing a staff and creating a visually-pleasing magazine. From 2009 to 2013, Billie was the Editor-In-Chief of The Kaimin at the University of Montana, where they led a team in producing the university's daily newspaper. Additionally, they worked as a Publications Assistant at the Bureau of Business and Economic Research at the University of Montana in 2012. Billie also gained experience as a Design Intern at the Bozeman Daily Chronicle in 2011 and as an Art Director at Crown of the Continent from August 2011 to January 2012.
Billie Loewen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, which was obtained between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism and Latin American Studies from the University of Montana, completed between 2009 and 2013. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Email Deliverability from Braze in June 2019.
