Steven O'Brien

Steven O'Brien has extensive experience in sales and leadership roles. Steven is currently the Sales Director at Wilmac, specifically in the Contact Center Solutions and the US-NICE InContact Practice Group. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Executive at LiveVox. Before that, Steven held positions at Wilmac, including Sales Director and Solution Manager. Steven also served as the President and CEO of Cheese Masters, Inc.

Steven O'Brien attended Northeastern University from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Marketing. Prior to their enrollment at Northeastern University, Steven completed their high school education at Fairport HS.
