Lara Donnini has extensive experience in human resources, having worked in various roles at companies such as Wilson Group, Wilson Security, Tabcorp, GM Holden, Moreland City Council, and Berry Street. With a Master of Human Resource Management degree from the University of Melbourne, Lara currently holds the position of Chief People Officer and Group General Manager Human Resources at Wilson Group, where Lara is responsible for developing core people strategies and systems to drive organizational capability and business growth. Prior to this, Lara has held roles such as General Manager - Human Resources at Wilson Security and National HR Manager at Tabcorp.
