Molly Colvin

Molly Colvin serves as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at WilsonHCG, a leading global recruitment process outsourcing provider, since December 2017, after holding the role of Recruitment Operations Manager. Prior to WilsonHCG, Molly worked at Tesla as Recruiting Manager for the Northeast Energy Sales Division, managing a team of recruiters and successfully building new market states from the ground up. Previous experience includes roles as a Sales Recruiter at SolarCity, Recruiting Manager at Goji, Field Recruiting Manager at TMX Finance, Staffing Specialist at Manpower, and various recruiting and support positions in earlier career stages. Throughout the career, Molly has demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, team leadership, and the development of innovative recruiting processes.
