Hungyu Chang

Hungyu (Felix) Chang is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Winbond since February 2021, Hungyu previously held the position of Senior Technical Manager at Yangtze Memory Technologies from August 2016 to January 2021. Prior roles include Senior Designer at Kilopass (a division of Synopsys) and various leadership positions at AMIC Technology, including Technical Director and Program Manager, from June 1998 to December 2015. Hungyu's educational background includes a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, a Master's Degree in Mechanics Engineering from National Taiwan University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautics & Astronautics Engineering from National Cheng Kung University.
