Marisa Kiefer

Marisa Kiefer is the Director of Customer Operations at WindESCo, where Marisa also serves as a Senior Product Manager. Marisa has experience in managing customer success teams, developing product strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. Marisa also owns and operates a book review site called Reading To Distraction. With a background in process improvement and project management at National Grid, Marisa has also interned at GreenSpur Renewables Limited and worked as a senior consultant at Dalberg. Marisa's educational background includes an MBA from London Business School and a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
