Jeanette Ercila

Jeanette Ercila is currently the Head of Engineering Talent Acquisition at Wing, an Alphabet company that specializes in delivery drones and navigation systems. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Stay-at-Home Mom & Advisor during a sabbatical and also as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Twitter. Jeanette has also held senior talent acquisition positions at Amazon Web Services, Square, LinkedIn, Walmart Global Tech, and The Walt Disney Company. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at The Irvine Company and Allegis Group, where they focused on full cycle recruiting for various industries.

Jeanette Ercila earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Saint Mary's College of California from 1996 to 2000. In 2012, they completed an Executive Education Program in Strategic Marketing & Talent/Organizational Leadership at Stanford University, though it was a non-degree program. Prior to that, they attended Christian Brothers High School in Sacramento from 1992 to 1996. Jeanette also completed coursework in Business Administration and Management at Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo in 1999, Universidad de Guanajuato in 1998, and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 1997. Additionally, Jeanette Ercila obtained certifications as an Unconscious Bias Facilitator in 2013 and as a Behavior-Based Interview Learning Facilitator in 2005.
