Casiana Tirla

Casiana Tirla has worked for various companies since 2004. Casiana began their career as an Assistant Manager at Karatpaper in 2004. In 2008, they joined ADIRA as a Sales Manager and Sales Representative. In 2017, they moved to Wörwag Pharma GmbH & Co. KG as an Assistant Manager. In 2019, they took on the role of Sales Service Representative at Scania Group. In 2020, they returned to ADIRA as a Human Resources Consultant. Currently, they are a People and Office Manager at Winnow.

Casiana Tirla obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and PR from Babeș-Bolyai University in 2008. Casiana then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the same university in 2010. Casiana also obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Babeș-Bolyai University in 2009. In 2020, they obtained a Human Resource Inspector Certificate from Glia Center & Glia Training. In 2003, they obtained a CAE Certificate (Cambridge Advanced English) from the University of Cambridge.
