Kiersten Peterson

Kiersten Peterson began their work experience in 1997 as a Client Service Manager at Randstad. Kiersten then moved on to State Street Global Advisors in 2000, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist until 2004. In that same year, they joined Winston Flowers as the Director of Human Resources.

Kiersten Peterson pursued their higher education by first attending Siena College from 1988 to 1992, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Following that, from 1993 to 1995, they enrolled at the University at Albany, SUNY, where they obtained a Master of Library Science degree in Information Science & Policy.
