Holly Young

Holly Young is an accomplished training manager with extensive experience in military and organizational training management. Currently serving as the 365 ISR Group Training Manager at WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. since October 2018, Holly previously held roles as Group Training Manager for Leidos and Mike O'Callaghan Federal Medical Center, where recognized for outstanding performance during inspections and managing medical training for over 1,800 employees. Holly has also served as Thunderbird Training Manager, overseeing flight line training for the USAF Air Demonstration Squadron, and as the Training Manager for the 39th Information Operations Squadron, where significant improvements in training effectiveness were achieved. Holly holds an M.B.A. specializing in Human Resources Management from Ashford University, a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from American Military University, and an Associate’s degree in Education and Training from the Community College of the Air Force.
