Guilherme Cortizo

Guilherme Cortizo has a diverse background in compensation analysis, with experience in various roles and companies. Guilherme most recently worked as a Lead Compensation Analyst at Wintrust Financial Corporation starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they were a Compensation Specialist at Dock from September 2021 to July 2022, and at Kimberly-Clark from October 2019 to September 2021. Guilherme also served as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Ultragaz from January 2018 to October 2019, and as a Compensation Analyst at Linx from April 2016 to January 2018. Guilherme began their career as an intern at Mercer in April 2013 and later took on the role of C&B Survey Analyst - Latam from March 2014 to April 2016.
