Richard Bernhardt

Richard Bernhardt has a long and varied work experience. In 2016, they were elected to the Board of Directors and served as the Chief Marketing Officer of the Wireless Innovation Forum (WInnForum). Richard also served as the chair of the operations division (WG5) of WInnForum. From 2010 to 2016, they were Senior Director of Spectrum & Industry, National Spectrum Advisor, and member of the Policy, Legislative & Best Practices Committee of the Wireless Internet Service Provider's Association (WISPA). From 2006 to 2010, they were Chairman of the Executive Board of Directors of the Bangla Hope Organization (501c3). From 1993 to 2010, they were Managing Director and CEO of Bernhardt Communications and Strategies Company. In 2010, they became Senior Director of Marketing and Communications at Streakwave Wireless. From 2011 to present, they have been a Board of Directors Adviser at Filtration Dynamics, Inc. From 2008 to present, they have been Vice President of Business Development at M&A Forum LLC. From 2005 to present, they have been Chief Operating Officer at United Growth, LLC. From 2001 to present, they have been President and COO of Silicon Valley Investment Group. Finally, from 2000 to present, they have been a Level V Disaster Response with Community Services (ACS).

Richard Bernhardt has a long and varied educational history. Richard obtained their Elementary School Diploma from Hollenbeck in 1972, followed by a Junior High School Diploma from Mango Junior High School in 1975. Richard then attended Fremont High School, where they completed their High School Diploma in 1979 with honors. Following this, they attended Stanford University in 1978 and obtained a Certification in Speech and Debate Academy. In 1979, they attended the University of California, Davis, and obtained a B.A. in Communications (Rhetoric), Political Science, and Psychology in 1983. After this, they attended California Western School of Law and obtained a J.D. in Law in 1986. In 1989, they obtained a Certificate from the United States Department of Commerce, Bureau of Export Administration in Export Licensing. In 1991, they attended the University of California, Santa Cruz and obtained a Certification in Marketing and Sales in 1993. Finally, in 2005, they attended Allied Business School and obtained a Certification in Real Estate Broker in 2006. Additionally, they hold two additional Certifications, one in Level 5 Disaster Response from ACS and one in United States Department of Commerce, BXA Export Licensing and Compliance from the United States Department of Commerce.
