Auguste Laulhau has had two work experiences. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a System Administrator at Crédit Agricole Technologies et Services. From 2018 to present, they have been working at Witbe as a Customer Success Manager and Technical Expert Consultant. As a Customer Success Manager, their roles include understanding client needs in terms of QoE (Quality of Experience) measurements for supervision, advising them on the correct use of Witbe technologies, being in charge of the operation of Witbe solutions deployed by customers, developing and validating measurement scenarios according to specifications, developing customer-specific dashboards and reports presenting the results of Witbe measurements, providing training to clients on Witbe tools, their implementation, and operation, and making international business trips to provide on-site technical assistance to clients.
