Alejandro Rojas has been working in customer support roles since 2014. Currently a Sr. Customer Support at Cherry, Alejandro previously held various titles at Asurion such as Supervisor, Acting Supervisor, and Technical Lead. Providing feedback and guidance, Alejandro assisted PSS Representatives in resolving customer issues efficiently. Prior to Asurion, Alejandro worked as a Member Services Representative at McCoy Federal Credit Union, where Alejandro promoted products and services while maintaining cash drawers and balancing in accordance with regulations. With a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Seminole State College of Florida, Alejandro's dedication to customer service and technical skills make him a valuable asset in their field.
