Amy Hagelin has worked in various roles since 2007. Her first job was as a Collegian Managing Editor at Willamette University in 2007. Amy then moved to Hunter House Publishers in 2008 as a Publisher's Assistant. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Volunteer Coordinator and Volunteer Mobilization Assistant at Habitat for Humanity International, and Head of Sales at Books and Bits from 2011 to 2013. Amy then worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO at Ingram Micro from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Introverted Alpha as Head of Client Enrollment. Since 2017, they have been working at Joy in various roles, including Product Manager, Lead Engineer | Growth, and Frontend Engineer.
Amy Hagelin has a diverse educational background. Amy received a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Spanish from Willamette University, and has since completed a Full Stack Web Development program from Thinkful. Amy has also taken part in several educational programs, including the Maya Research Program in 2008, University College Dublin in 2007, and the Center for Cross-Cultural Studies in Seville in 2006. Hagelin's educational journey began at Miramonte High School.
