Esteban Rao

Esteban Rao has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Esteban started their career as a Webmaster at E-volution in 2007. Esteban then worked as an E-Learning Designer at Syllabus, where they specialized in Photoshop template design and animation development.

In 2009, Esteban joined Lenovo as a Global Web Builder, responsible for web development. Esteban later transitioned into the role of Web Developer at Lenovo. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Presentation Layer Developer at Globant, where they focused on front-end development and trained new resources in HTML/CSS and Photoshop.

In 2012, Esteban became a Software Designer (Web UI Developer) at Globant, leading a team responsible for supporting ABInBev Brewery websites and transitioning them to Adobe AEM. Esteban continued to lead the UI team after the migration project.

In 2015, Esteban joined GlobalLogic as a Technical Lead, leading a team of Frontend Developers and focusing on migrating products for various tech companies to Angular 1.5. Esteban utilized Grunt, LESS, Bootstrap, Jasmine, Karma, and Phantom.js for development and testing.

From 2017 to 2021, Esteban worked as a Frontend Engineer at ITX Corp., contributing to internal and external projects for Paychex. Esteban then joined DotSur in 2021 as a Principal Frontend Engineer, where they played a crucial role in leading the development of core platforms for Contact Mapping. Esteban was responsible for ensuring code quality, architecting new products, and promoting good coding standards.

Most recently, Esteban joined Joy in 2022 as a Frontend Engineer, putting their expertise to use in developing frontend solutions. Throughout their career, Esteban has demonstrated technical leadership, expertise in frontend development, and a strong understanding of various technologies and frameworks.

From 2003 to 2011, Esteban Rao attended the University of Buenos Aires, where they pursued a degree in Graphic Design.
