Bill Wirz has worked in a variety of roles in the footwear and apparel industry since 1989. Their work experience includes Account Manager at John Deere from 1989-1997, Manager of eCommerce and Assistant Brand Manager of John Deere Footwear at Florsheim Group Inc from 1997-2001, Director of Marketing at Express Scripts from 2001-2002, Owner of Sundar Footwear Inc from 2002-2004, Footwear Development Manager at Giro and Product Development Manager at Callaway Golf Travelgear at TRG Group from 2004-2007, Owner of Foot Solutions Franchise Company from 2007-2014, and Senior Product Integrity Engineer and Product Development Manager at Deckers Brands from 2014-2022. In their most recent role as Lead Product Developer at Wolf & Shepherd, they built a Fit Sample approval process to expedite commercialization and reduce sampling costs by nearly 50%.

Bill Wirz received their BSBA in Finance from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and their MBA in Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
