Laura Elena Herrera Bravo

Laura Elena Herrera Bravo has extensive experience in account management and business strategy within the technology and cybersecurity sectors. Currently serving as a Community Collaborator for WOMCY - LATAM Women in Cybersecurity since September 2019, Laura has worked at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. as a Major Account Manager since November 2010, focusing on pipeline generation, strategic business planning, and managing key accounts. Previous roles include Team Leader at Cibercorp, Global Account Manager positions at both Afina and Afina Systems, and operational management at Grupo Smartekh. Laura's career began at Petróleos Mexicanos as a Technical Support Engineer. Education includes degrees in Computer Science with a specialization in networks from Instituto Tecnológico de Tlalnepantla and Tecnológico de Monterrey, as well as a diploma in Business from IPADE Business School.
