Gregory Rector's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Gregory started in 2002 as a Store Manager at Sherwin-Williams and worked there until 2015. In 2016, they became a Duty Manager at Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, where they worked until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they served as a spirits manager at Gary's Wine & Marketplace. In 2020, they joined Wonder as a Warehouse Team Lead, contributing to the setup and design of vehicle hubs and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food and supply distribution. In 2021, they became a Central Operations Supervisor at Wonder. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Manager Dish Operations at Wonder.

Gregory Rector has obtained 90 credits towards a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Commerce, General from Seminole State College of Florida. In addition, they have obtained several certifications related to customer service, leadership, decision-making, and managing employee performance problems from LinkedIn in May 2019.
