Javier Delgado

Javier Delgado is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Wonder since August 2021. Prior to this role, Javier held the position of Executive Chef at Pyramid Hotel Group for a brief period in 2021, and served as Executive Sous Chef at Levy Restaurants from March 2014 to April 2021, overseeing culinary operations for the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicana Field. Additionally, Javier worked with Aramark Sports & Entertainment from February 2006 to February 2014, managing all concessions culinary operations and overseeing the commissary. Javier earned an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America between 1979 and 1981.
