Ariel Posey

Ariel Posey has a strong background in operations and management, with experience in various leadership roles. Ariel currently serves as the Head of People + Operations at Wonderstruck Studio. Prior to this, Ariel held the position of Director of Creative Operations at Thesis agency and Godling Studio. Ariel's career also includes roles such as Director of Operations at Mudshark Studios, Regional Account Sales Manager at Smith Teamaker, and Business Operations Manager at BREWVANA Portland Brewery Tours. Ariel began their career at Nordstrom, where they held positions such as Department Sales Manager and Retail Management Development Intern. Ariel holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Syracuse University.
