Tod Rathbone has extensive experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Tod currently serves as a Board Member for the 4A's, a prominent advertising trade association. Prior to this, Tod held the position of Global Chief Strategy Officer at WONGDOODY. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Publicis Sapient, where they served as the SVP, NA Marketing Strategy Head, leading a team focused on delivering innovative ideas across a $1B North American portfolio. Before that, Tod worked at Rosetta as a Partner/SVP Strategy Head, where they built and led the national strategy discipline and oversaw strategy development for the agency's largest global client, Samsung. Tod also held the position of SVP, Head of Strategy and Innovation at Band Digital, Inc., where they led the strategic planning discipline. Tod began their career at various agencies such as McElroy, The Rabuk Agency, Direct Partners, and TBWA/Chiat/Day, holding various senior roles and working with clients like Nestlé, ARCO, Symantec Software, and eToys.

Tod Rathbone completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from UCLA, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Military History at Norwich University from 2008 to 2009.
